Lil Nas X Hospitalized After Being Found Wandering Los Angeles Streets

 

Grammy-winning rapper Montero Lamar Hill, popularly known as Lil Nas X, has been hospitalized in Los Angeles after being found wandering the streets in only his underwear and cowboy boots.

The incident occurred in the early hours of Thursday, August 21, 2025, along Ventura Boulevard.

According to eyewitnesses, the 26-year-old appeared disoriented and was seen placing a traffic cone on his head while speaking incoherently. Videos of the encounter, recorded by passersby, quickly circulated online.

This is the second health-related incident involving the rapper this year. In April 2025, he was briefly hospitalized after experiencing partial facial paralysis, later assuring fans that he was recovering.
